I spent my Friday night down in the gym. I always aim to do at least three workouts each week and this was my second. Tyrone has put together a few programs for me to do and so you can imagine after Tuesday’s training I still feel quite sore lol.
I thought id share with you what I did yesterday so here it goes:
1a. Deadlifts 3×25 – 40kg
1b. TRX squats jumps 3×25
1c. Wall ball toss 60 seconds – 7kg
2a. Squats 3×20 – 40kg
2b. TRX pullups 3×20
2c. Ball slams 50 seconds
3a. Standing barbell shoulder press 3×15 – 15kg
3b. Kettle bell wood chops 3×15 – 8kg
3c. Battle rope 3x 40 seconds
No more than 40 seconds rest between the sets.
