What I do when Amiya is sleeping!

5 min jog (to the park from where I live, perfect warm up)

10 sprints uphill with squat jumps at the top of the hill. Start with 10 jumps and work your way down to 1 each time you run. So first sprint 10 jumps, second sprint 9 jumps and so on.

4 x 60 meters sprints as fast as you can and walk back to the starting point

20 x triceps dips on a bench

20 x push-ups on a bench

50 x walking lunges

5 min jog back home

 30 minutes workout in total but super intense!
